The workshop brings together researchers interested in the impact that the green and digital transformations have on jobs and skills. Sessions feature discussions on: green skills, education and labour market transitions; automation, AI, digitalisation and the future of workforce skills; twin transition and the geographical and sectoral dynamics of labour skills dynamics.

The workshop will host a keynote lecture by Christina Gathmann (Luxembourg Institute of Socio–Economic Research) on “AI and the Labour Market: Evidence from Europe“.

Policy relevant implications will be discussed in a round table with representatives of key institutions like: European Commission DG Employment, European Training Foundation and European Commission JRC.
